If you want to add a parent as a volunteer who did not volunteer when the child was registered, you can do it for them on the family info page by clicking the Volunteer button in their participants list, or ask them to do it themselves.
If this isn't an option, for instance if they don't have a child in the program:
- If they have coached in the past, go to Manage Coaches, select the season, and search for their name. Once you locate them, click on their name, select the position, and submit.
- If they are new, go to the Manange Volunteers page, search for the current season, and then click the + New Volunteer button. Then, fill in all their information here.
