Part 1 - CORI for the Commonwealth
We previously released the Commonweath version of the Cori download for Massachusetts clients. It is properly formatted in the required Prn (space delimited) format required by the Commonwealth. To look at it, download it from the Downloads menu. We have added incremental downloading for the sport year using our familiar interface. Each file is limited to 100 names per the instructions. If there are more then 100, the links will appear as Cori 1, Cori 2, etc.
Save it to your desktop. This is an archaic file format and cannot be opened easily without affecting its formatting.
Because of the pressure to get the coaches and volunteers processed quickly, we have included all accepted volunteers. To check this list, go to Manage Coaches and select Has Volunteered.
On Windows, open Notepad first, then under the file menu, File / Open / Name of file.
On Mac, open TextEdit first, then under the file menu, File / Open / Name of file. Or, drop the file on the TextEdit icon and it will open that way.
Those of you that have received an 8 page set of instructions, this is for you.

Part 2 - CORI list for uploading to MYSA
August 26- We have added this new file containing an additional field required by MYSA, the email address. Again, we use our familiar incremental interface. THe file format is CSV and is not limited to 100. Once you have uploaded your prn file to the Commonwealth, get this file and send or upload this to MYSA.
