BAYS Travel Team Placement Guidelines:

  •    MYS must enter teams into the BAYS travel league by Tuesday, July 9th.
  •    MYS will enter teams based on...
    •    the number of registrations received by Monday, July 1st
    •    the number of coaches who have volunteered, and
    •    each program's anticipated competitiveness / skill level.
  •    All players interested in joining a travel team must attend one of our upcoming tryouts. Players will be evaluated objectively, by someone other than the team's coach.
  •    The goal of MYS is to give every rostered travel player a great opportunity for success. Directors will take the following factors into consideration when making team selections:
    •    Time of registration (i.e. before or after the July 1st deadline).
    •    Tryout performance, relative to the team's competitiveness / skill level.
    •    Each player's past experience with MYS.
